Greg Banks Jr
Fitness Director
About Greg
Greg is the Fitness Director of Odyssey and is here to make sure every member can meet their fitness goals. Greg started as front desk manager and has been working at Odyssey of and on prior to current role. Working with Colton, strength training quickly became one of his passions. Greg is always willing to help those who ask for it and his main priority is to make sure everyone has a great experience at the Odyssey. If you see something broken or not working do not hesitate to tell Greg about it!
Greg also has a passion for anything involving cars, prior to his current stint at Odyssey Greg was a salesman at Porsche Wyoming Valley. Greg and his brother Max enjoy modifying and driving their cars together. Greg is also an avid golfer and gets on the course any chance he gets.

Colton Cybulski
Lead Trainer
About Colton
With over 15 years of coaching experience ranging from sport performance and functional strength applications to post-rehab, weight loss, and beyond.
His education is through the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida.
Colton started his work developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for youth and college athletes. Expanding out, he grew more and more interested in working with clients dealing with movement issues and the day to day discomforts associated.
Alongside coaching, Colton is passionate about the outdoors, philosophy, and writing music.

Edge Miller
Personal Trainer
About Edge
Edge is a personal trainer with a couple years of experience under his belt. He started off his career playing soccer for 18 years and achieved the rank of All State and played in Peru. Edge then transitioned into the sport of Bodybuilding and has competed in one NPC show where he placed 2nd and 3rd in his classes.

Molly Kay
Personal Trainer
About Molly
She holds titles in both NPC Bikini and Women’s Wellness. Next time she takes the stage in 2027 you’ll see her as an NPC Figure Competitor. Molly also coaches’ bodybuilding.
When Molly isn’t living in the gym, she is also a mother of two, a wife, and a dog and cat rescue mom. Molly works full time in long term care and Hospice. She also enjoys feeding her deer daily, that visits her and all have names!

Lauren Slavoski
Personal Trainer
About Lauren
Meet Lauren-a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with additional certifications in strength and conditioning and exercise recovery.
With a long-standing background in dance and athletics, her goal is to help clients look and feel their best.
Lauren is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a degree in nursing and works in the cardiac ICU. While in school she played volleyball at the Division I level and grew a passion for strength training in the weight room. With experience in functional sport training, strength and conditioning, and powerlifting, she chose to pursue her certification in personal training.
With the disciplined lifestyle of a collegiate athlete and undergoing lifestyle changes with the long hours working as a nurse, Lauren’s top priority for her clients is to craft realistic fitness routines-no matter his or her initial fitness level.
