The pool includes weekly senior water exercise class, included with your membership. The pool is open all the time we are open, for lap swimming or lane walking.
A steam room of substantial size for relaxation.
Odyssey whirlpool/hot tub is perfect for stress relief, muscle relaxation, improved sleep and helps pain relief.
Both the Whirlpool and Steam room are located next to the pool.
There are Saunas in the ladies and mens room locker rooms. For your stress relief, relaxation and health promotion.
Pool
Open for you all day long, our Indoor Pool is ideal for all your swim workouts! At 84 degrees and 4 feet deep, it’s perfect for lane walking or getting your laps in swimming.
We also have weekly Aqua Aerobics Classes – all included in your membership!
Steam Room / Dry Sauna / Whirlpool
The ideal places to relax, clear your mind, and alleviate all the muscle aches and fatigue. We have two Dry Sauna’s – one in each of our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms.
Our Steam Room and Whirlpool are located conveniently inside our Pool Area.
